Hsinchu County is a multidimensional township combining tradition, science, technology and culture. There are simple agricultural villages, a high-tech science-based industrial park and prosperously developing cities. Therefore, it is the duty and mission of all councilpersons of the Hsinchu County Council to supervise and urge the county government to administer the county in all directions in order to take care of all businesses and citizens doing business and living in Hsinchu County. 
 
Graduated from the China Medical Institution (now China Medical University) and after passing the pharmacist higher level examination, I gave up on the high-salary work in the city and returned to my hometown to serve locals when I realized the inadequacy of medical resources in rural areas. A few years later, I was already a 3-term councilperson with the support from my fellow countrymen. I also won recognition of other councilpersons for my interpellation style and was thus elected as the deputy speaker of the 16th stage, and I really feel my responsibility is getting heavier. Since I entered the political world, “putting citizens first” and “empathy” has always been the central focus of my interpellation. Therefore, I find out local needs and concerns about citizens in order to supervise and urge the county government to administrate the county well. I also increase job opportunities for citizens and incomes of farmers, and even wish the county government can promote the recreation and tourism industries in Hsinchu County with its gorgeous scenery and cultural resources in order to turn the county into an environment for high quality of life, combining agriculture, high-tech development and cultural heritage.
