Authority

According to Section 36 of the Local Government Act and Section 15 of the Self-Government Ordinance, the authorities of the council are categorized into the following ten items:
1.Establish county regulations.
2.Finalize county budgets.
3.mpose special taxes, emergency taxes, and add-on taxes.
4.Dispose county assets.;
5.Establish Self-Government Ordinance and other self ordinances.
6.Decide on proposals made by the county government.;
7.Finalize county audit report.
8.Decide on proposals made by councilors.
9.Accept people’s petition.
10.Perform duties authorized by other laws or superior regulations.
